A GOOD WEEK FOR THE NEWLYWEDS

Sorry it has taken me so darn long to post! Michael is the only one in our relationship that has the iPhone-- including that awesome app (instagram) which I cannot get on mine. On a more happy note, I will no longer have this issue because today Michael and I got our first camera. I am so excited, and this is actually the first camera I have ever owned in my entire life, aside from my phone camera. I haven't used it yet, but be ready for some more high quality photos. Please let me warn you though, I am no photographer. Maybe I'll get my sister to show me a few things.

Also we have been on the hunt for rugs and found some sweet ones online for such a good deal. I am definitely itching for them to arrive so I can put them in the new place, it feels so empty at the moment. Decorating as a newlywed is a little difficult, so I have learned to be patient-- and thank the heavens I have a great financial partner.

You will find in the photos above a grand picture of my handsome boy and I at the institute Royal Ball. It is always fun to have an excuse to dress up and go dancing with my prince, and my pre-schoolers were ex-tactic about the fact that I was going to go to a ball.

Also there is a bracelet that Michael made for me at his work one day, and his awesome "globe lamp" find at Savers. Yes friends, it is a globe and a lamp, and it is wonderful-- and only $30. I don't think I have seen him so excited about a find in a while now. Some cute jars as well that I have put on my wish-list from Urban Outfitters, and an adorable bird house Michael found dangling in a tree. Hope you had a fantastic week, and an even better weekend.
