CAMPING RULES:

1. If you are heading later than originally planned because of an earlier disagreement and lack of preparation, make sure the group you were suppose to follow knows about what time to be expecting you-- and to send down a search and rescue party if you don't show up.

2. If you don't have an off road vehicle, don't go off road.

3. When your car over heats on that little dirt road in the mountains, it is best to turn around when it first cools down. Don't try to go further, you might risk being stuck on a ledge and four people will have to help you make a 50 point turn to get back down.

4. Don't try to redeem your camping trip by camping in the back yard, yes those little rain clouds are growing.

5. When sleeping outside doesn't work out, just go home to your nice big comfy bed. Two people on a couch will result in someone on the floor, and a severe lack of sleep.

6. That hike you were so thrilled about in the morning might be more enjoyable after taking a nice nap. If you choose to go anyways, plan on taking a break every 20 ft.

7. Make sure to capture all pretty things and every polar plunge your husband will attempt, it will be the highlight of your day. Also those yummy snacks you stopped to get for your camping trip will come in handy.

8. When famished after a long night and day, Tucanos is always a good idea.
